isolutions supported Innosuisse as a partner for the Azure target architecture and in establishing the foundations for operations, data, and monitoring. The contribution of isolutions focused on the design and implementation of a modular Azure platform for selected platform services and reporting requirements.

It is important to clarify the scope: isolutions was not responsible for the overall business solution and was not in charge of decoupling the platform from the existing SAP landscape.
The focus was on building a scalable Azure foundation for operations and monitoring, modern data pipelines for reporting, and the integration of selected Microsoft standard components. This resulted in a robust foundation for web applications, analytics, and supporting platform services. For Innosuisse’s reporting requirements, modern data pipelines and Power BI dashboards were implemented. This now provides reliable data foundations for standardized KPIs as well as more advanced business and operational analyses.

In addition, roles, responsibilities, and operational processes between business units, IT, and involved partners were clarified. This improved collaboration and created a more reliable basis for ongoing operations and further platform development.
Innosuisse also integrated Microsoft standard components where they added value to the platform. This included selected integrations with existing systems as well as support for administrative and collaborative processes within the platform environment.

This reference illustrates how Innosuisse gradually modernized its platform foundation without losing focus on ongoing operations. At the same time, it established improved conditions for stable operations, meaningful analytics, and flexible further development. isolutions contributed in a targeted way in the areas of Azure architecture, data and reporting, as well as in structuring selected platform services.
