CX Circle 2023
We will start with an exciting keynote by Nils Hafner, who will talk about multi-experience management. He will show how a customer approach goes across various channels and is considered. Subsequently, the isolutions CX Framework will be presented, which identifies the systematic optimization possibilities of a customer experience and helps to improve measures.
The afternoon will continue with breakout sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Three different sessions will highlight the topics of sales, marketing and services. Choose from three exciting breakout sessions and deepen your knowledge on two topics.
The CX Circle is rounded off with the isolutions CX/CRM Award. The award honors an isolutions customer and its project according to various criteria such as business impact or market relevance. Afterwards, we would like to invite you to an aperitif, exciting discussions and networking.
