With a clear go-to-market strategy, you support our customers holistically – from executive-level consulting and solution development to successful delivery in close collaboration with our Technology and Delivery teams.

- You drive the strategic growth and continuous development of our Manufacturing, Pharma & Construction Market Unit.
- You position isolutions as the leading Microsoft partner for innovation and digital transformation within your industries.
- You own the development of a strong sales pipeline and are accountable for achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- You build trusted relationships with executives and C-level stakeholders while expanding existing accounts through cross- and upselling initiatives.
- You identify market opportunities, develop industry-specific offerings, and establish innovative use cases – particularly in the field of AI.
- You ensure outstanding customer success and satisfaction in close collaboration with our Technology and Delivery teams.
- You inspire and develop people, foster collaboration across teams, and represent isolutions as a thought leader within the market.
We would like you to:
- Several years of leadership experience within the Manufacturing, Pharma, or Construction industries.
- A proven track record of building business areas and developing profitable customer and market portfolios.
- Experience in selling and leading complex projects as well as strategic customer initiatives.
- An established network of executive and C-level contacts within the relevant industries.
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset and a keen understanding of market opportunities and customer needs.
- A passion for modern technologies and a strong interest in Microsoft solutions and AI innovation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with professional proficiency in both German and English.
