VermögensZentrum has an ambitious goal: to become the most digital bank in Switzerland. To achieve this, a modern, secure, and fully mobile digital workplace from isolutions was introduced for more than 1,500 employees.
The challenges were clearly defined:

The comprehensive isolutions Modern Workplace solution based on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and Endpoint Manager addressed all challenges holistically.

With the Power Platform, repetitive and manual workflows were digitalized and streamlined. This reduces workload for employees, allowing them to focus more on core business activities.

Microsoft Teams enables a secure, mobile workplace with real-time, location-independent access to relevant data and communication — for the first time across the organization.
3. Higher security and full compliance
The financial sector demands strict data protection and IT security standards. VZ now benefits from a modern, zero-trust-based security architecture with Endpoint Manager and Microsoft 365, offering both flexibility and regulatory robustness.
4. Increased employee satisfaction
The new workplace improves collaboration, reduces media discontinuities, and creates a noticeably more modern work environment. An employee satisfaction score of 8.4/10 confirms its strong acceptance.
5. Productivity gains with Microsoft 365 Copilot & Copilot Chat
In the pilot rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot, the roughly 100 active users already experience significant productivity improvements in routine tasks and enhanced output quality. On average, VZ employees save 10–12 hours per month using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat.
