Job Description

This is what you get up for in the morning:
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT Specialist (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification. Further education at HF/FH level is an advantage or already planned.
- You have several years of professional experience as a Workplace Engineer and strong expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- You have solid knowledge of Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows 11, Autopilot, and Exchange Online, as well as practical experience in Client Lifecycle Management and Mobile Device Management.
- You have experience with software packaging and application deployment using Intune and have successfully delivered challenging Workplace and Microsoft 365 projects in complex environments.
- You are confident using PowerShell and leverage automation and standardization to optimize processes and services.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Defender, and Conditional Access, as well as experience with Defender for Endpoint, Exchange Hybrid, or Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), is a plus. Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, SC-300, or AZ-104 are an advantage.
- You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and have a strong customer and service focus. You communicate confidently and professionally and are able to explain technical topics clearly. You have excellent German and good English skills; French is an additional advantage.
We would like you to:
- You have completed vocational training in IT/Computer Science and ideally hold (or are planning to pursue) a higher education qualification (e.g., HF/FH or equivalent).
- You have experience as a Systems Engineer and have ideally already gained knowledge in Cloud Engineering within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- You bring hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Intune, and have worked on a variety of complex projects and environments.
- Experience with Intune and software packaging.
- Confident handling of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and PowerShell.
- A self-driven working style, customer-oriented mindset, and strong commitment to quality.
- An outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with customers.
- Fluent German and good English skills; French and/or Italian would be a strong advantage.
