This is what you get up for in the morning:
- Driving digital transformation in exciting projects with a focus (but not exclusively) on introducing Microsoft technologies.
- The design, organisation, management and implementation of training courses at our customers' premises or remotely.
- The opportunity to introduce the digital workplace of the future and the way of collaboration to our customers.
- Building and establishing champion communities with the goal of driving digitalization and technical knowhow.
- Further development and expansion of our digital coaching and training tools (e.g. training portal).
- Design and support of change & adoption projects in international companies.
- Collaborative work in interdisciplinary project teams.
We would like you to:
- Confident appearance, combined with excellent presentation and communication skills in German (mother tongue) and English (business fluent).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially Microsoft Teams) as well as a passion for new technologies and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in conducting training programmes for different target groups and hierarchy levels.
- Very good conceptual and methodological skills
- An open personality willing to achieve ambitious goals together with us.
- Service oriented attitude.
- A (specialised) university degree, preferably in business informatics or business administration.
- A workload of 80-100%, main place of work in Bern, Zurich or Basel and willingness to travel in German-speaking Switzerland.
