Ready to start your professional Career as a Microsoft 365 Consultant?
At the beginning of the traineeship, you will decide whether you want to start your journey as a Technical or Business Consultant and which part of the Microsoft universe you want to immerse yourself in (Microsoft 365 or Dynamics 365). Their characteristics are roughly as follows and will be discussed with you in more detail in the first interview:
Technical Consultant Customer Experience (3 vacancies)
Technical Consultant Modern Work (2 vacancies)
- Technical consulting in Microsoft 365 for customers
- Implementation of technical solutions with Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint and Power Automate)
- Testing & prototyping of new solutions for our customers
- Technical support
Business Consultant Modern Work (1-2 vacancies)
- Customer consulting in the context of digital transformation (esp. user adoption and change management)
- Conception and implementation of change management activities (strategy, communication, management support, success measurement)
- Implementation of trainings

We would like you to:
- Workload 80-100%
- Preferably with a university degree (Business Informatics, Computer Science | Uni/FH/HF)

- Ability to quickly recognize needs, identify pragmatic solutions and implement them efficiently
