- Successfully selling Cyber Security services and holistic security solutions – with clear responsibility for revenue and pipeline
- Positioning isolutions in the market as a leading partner for Microsoft Security, Zero Trust, Modern Work Security, and cloud security architectures
- Building, maintaining, and expanding your network with CISOs, security architects, IT leaders, and other key decision-makers
- Using your understanding of customers’ security challenges to develop new ideas and shape innovative solutions – from assessments and security roadmaps to complex projects
- Taking responsibility for the business aspects of proposals, cost estimates, contract negotiations, and tenders (RFI/RFP)
- Participating in security conferences, Microsoft events, and networking activities – and working closely in a trusted partnership with Microsoft Security experts
We would like you to:
- A higher education degree in business administration, business informatics, cyber security, or a related field (University of Applied Sciences / University)
- Three or more years of experience and proven success in selling complex IT or security projects – ideally in a Microsoft environment
- Solid knowledge of topics such as Zero Trust, cyber defense services, cloud security, threat protection, or compliance & information protection
- Strong social and methodological skills, combined with a confident and professional demeanor – even in complex and unfamiliar situations
- You are a true “people person,” able to build trust quickly and navigate demanding stakeholder environments with confidence
- High self-motivation, flexibility, and resilience set you apart
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland. Work location: Zurich, Bern, or Basel
