Senior Solution Architect – Customer Experience

This is what you get up for in the morning:
- You advise our customers in technical workshops focused on modern customer experience and CRM solutions built on the Microsoft Cloud.
- You design solution and system architectures and define the technical foundation for successful customer projects.
- You take ownership of solution design and implementation and support projects from the initial idea through to productive deployment.
- You act as a technical sparring partner for customers, consultants, and development teams.
- You identify emerging technological opportunities early and actively bring innovations from the Microsoft ecosystem into customer projects.
- You develop best practices, architecture standards, and technical strategies for modern customer experience solutions.
- You share your knowledge within the community, support colleagues, and contribute to the further development of our service portfolio.
We would like you to:
- Several years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Lead Consultant within the CRM, Customer Experience, or Microsoft Cloud ecosystem.
- Experience with Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, or comparable CRM platforms.
- A passion for modern technologies and innovation within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture, integrations, data models, and cloud technologies.
- The ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable way and to advise customers as a trusted partner.
- A high level of initiative, a pragmatic mindset, and a strong desire to create sustainable value for customers.
- An IT background and ideally a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- Excellent German skills and very good English skills.
- Based in Zurich, Bern, or Basel, with flexible working models available.
