This is what you get up for in the morning:
- Taking a leading role in our project teams as the primary technical owner for sophisticated Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Dataverse) – from architecture and implementation through to successful adoption.
- Owning solution and architecture design: making sound technology decisions, establishing best practices, ALM and governance standards, and ensuring our solutions are scalable and built to last.
- Advising clients as a trusted partner – all the way up to decision-makers and executive stakeholders. You look beyond requirements to identify business potential and turn projects into new opportunities.
- Working with an experienced team of project managers, developers, and engineers to deliver even the most demanding enterprise requirements – while mentoring junior and mid-level consultants and helping them grow through your expertise.
- Actively shaping our Power Platform offering and strengthening our market presence through reference cases, blog posts, LinkedIn content, and speaking at events.
- Staying at the leading edge of the Microsoft ecosystem by evaluating new capabilities (Copilot, Power Platform Governance, Fabric integration) before they become mainstream.
- Being part of a fantastic team, sharing a passion for outstanding customer experiences, and enjoying a well-stocked beer fridge.
We would like you to:
- Technical expertise: Several years of proven experience in the Power Platform / Microsoft 365 ecosystem – including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, ideally complemented by Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure integration.
- Consulting & delivery: You quickly understand customer needs, propose pragmatic solutions, and ensure smooth implementation.
- Strategy & governance: You think beyond individual projects and establish standards that stand the test of time.
- Ownership: You take responsibility for the entire journey from proposal to delivery, with an entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.
- Leadership: You provide technical guidance and help people grow, regardless of formal management responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills up to C-level, with excellent German and good English.
- Availability of 80–100%, with Bern, Zurich, or Basel as your primary work location and flexibility to travel within German-speaking Switzerland.
