This is what you get up for in the morning:

  • As a Senior Account Manager, you are the first point of contact for our customers in the public sector (federal government and cantons) and are responsible for their support, development and maintenance.
  • You have 360 degree customer responsibility and take on team specific selling tasks for existing and new customers. You will realise additional sales by demonstrating specific customer benefits.
  • You will lead the sales process through to successful completion.
  • You will further develop the future growth strategy and implement new customer and sales plans.
  • As an ambassador for the isolutions vision, you will inspire our customers at product presentations, customer events and other industry-specific events.

We would like you to:

  • Several years of experience in key account management of IT services and complex solutions, ideally in a project and/or outsourcing environment.
  • Proven sales success and existing network in the public sector at federal level.
  • A passion for the Microsoft technology platform.
  • Ideally a higher education in business administration or business informatics (HF/FH/UNI).
  • You have a high level of social and methodological competence and a strong presence even in uncertain, unfamiliar situations.
  • You are a "people person", make new contacts easily and have a talent for gaining the trust of others quickly and sustainably.
  • Willing to travel in Switzerland and work in Zurich, Bern or Basel.
