This is what you get up for in the morning:
- You win new customers for innovative solutions based on Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot.
- You develop growth strategies, create new sales plans in close collaboration with our Business and Market Units, and proactively build a pipeline of new customers and projects.
- You position clear business value, orchestrate internal specialists, and lead deals end-to-end to closing.
- You collaborate closely with Microsoft and the partner ecosystem (co-sell activities, workshops, briefings).
- As an ambassador of the isolutions vision, you inspire customers through product presentations, customer events, and other engagements.
We would like you to:
- Strong experience in selling IT services and solutions.
- Proven sales success in new customer acquisition, along with a solid network in the Swiss market.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft platforms and technologies (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics, Power Platform).
- You’re a people person who easily builds new connections and quickly earns trust in a lasting way.
- Higher education in Business Administration or Business Information Systems (HF/FH/University) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with C-level stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland. Workplace in Zurich, Bern, or Basel.
