- As a Team Lead, you and your team are responsible for the Professional Services business and for ensuring strong results
- You lead our demanding mid-sized and large projects with renowned clients and bring them to a successful completion
- You take on overall project responsibility in terms of quality, timelines, and budget
- You work with the latest technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem
- You join an enthusiastic, innovative team with a passion for high-quality technological solutions and many years of experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects
- You apply classical or agile methodologies, depending on the project
We would like you to bring:
- A university degree (FH or Uni) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration
- Several years of experience as a Project Manager at an external service provider in the IT industry
- A relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA, HERMES, Scrum Master, etc.)
- Extensive experience in the infrastructure domain and a solid understanding of Microsoft environments
- A confident appearance, openness, enjoyment in working with people, and strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent German and very good English skills, an employment level between 80% and 100%, and flexible willingness to travel within Switzerland
