This is what you get up for in the morning:

  • Envisioning with potential clients: You co-create a vision for modern CX solutions and demonstrate what’s possible
  • Leading consulting workshops to define and make tangible the concrete business value for each client
    Advising clients on Customer Experience, guiding them on their journey toward customer-centric solutions
  • Pitching our CX solutions in a compelling, tailored, and eye-level manner
  • Developing offers for complex implementation projects, from initial solution design to final proposal — together with the client
  • Improving and automating isolutions’ offering process, making our presales and offering process more efficient
  • Crafting strong value propositions that clearly communicate the benefits of our CX solutions

We would like you to:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Marketing, CRM/CX, or a related field (University or University of Applied Sciences)
  • Several years of experience in presales, consulting, or solution sales, ideally in Customer Experience, CRM, or within the Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Customer Insights, Power Platform, Copilot)
  • Familiarity with topics such as customer journeys, customer engagement, marketing automation, service excellence, or data-driven customer retention
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills with confident communication — even in complex or unfamiliar situations
  • A true people person, able to build trust quickly and navigate demanding stakeholder environments with confidence
  • High level of motivation, flexibility, and resilience
