Payroll & HR Operations Manager (60-80%)

This is what you get up for in the morning:
- You will be part of a dynamic HR team with HR Business Partners who are looking forward to receiving your support in the areas of payroll, social security and HR operations.
- You will be responsible for the payroll (in Business Central) of around 250 employees and take care of year-end tasks such as salary notifications, BVG changes, etc.
- You are responsible for social insurance (EO, UVG, KVG, BVG), reporting and withholding tax.
- You will be responsible for controlling and reporting on employee time management as well as absence, travel and expense management.
- You will be responsible for the quality assurance of HR master data in Business Central, Replicon WTS & Dynamics CRM.
- You process accident reports and mutations and take on case management for long-term illnesses.
- You will be involved in all administrative activities relating to personnel support.
- You will draw up employment and interim references in collaboration with the line management.
- You will be involved in the expansion of internal HR services.
- You will work continuously to improve our processes and ensure high data quality.
We would like you to have:
- You have completed training as an HR specialist, social security specialist or payroll specialist.
- You have several years of experience in HR administration, with a focus on social security and payroll.
- Your way of working is characterised by a high level of service orientation.
- You strive for continuous development to ensure the highest quality and up-to-date expertise in payroll processes. Your way of working is characterised by dynamism, flexibility, independence, team spirit and quality awareness.
- You have a passion for the interdisciplinary HR portfolio and enjoy operational HR activities.
- As an organisational talent, you have mastered the art of prioritising correctly.
- An affinity for IT and an interest in new technologies are a matter of course for you. You have experience with the web browser as a work tool and are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- You would like to work part-time at around 60-80%.
- German is your native language and you have a good command of English.
