Shape the Swiss banking and insurance market as a Partner of Choice using state-of-the-art Microsoft technologies together with isolutions!
Then take on the role of Head Market Unit Banking & Insurance at isolutions. In this key position, you will systematically grow our Market Unit, develop it strategically, and position isolutions as a leading partner for banks and insurance companies.
This is what you get up for in the morning:
- Expansion, leadership, and strategic development of the Market Unit, including responsibility for sales, revenue, and profitability
- Definition of a clear go-to-market strategy and a scalable portfolio of offerings for banks and insurance companies
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline, including forecasting and key account responsibility
- Establishing and maintaining long-term C-level relationships, as well as conducting executive briefings and advisory formats
- Ensuring customer success and delivery excellence in close collaboration with technology and delivery units
- Strengthening the Microsoft partnership and positioning isolutions as a thought leader in the industry
We would like you to:
- Several years of leadership experience with a strong sales and market focus, combined with deep expertise in the banking and insurance sector
- A proven track record in building a customer portfolio with sustainable revenue and profitability growth
- An entrepreneurial mindset, high level of ownership, and the ability to inspire people and connect teams across units
- Experience in closing complex deals and conducting negotiations at C-level
- An extensive network within Swiss banks and insurance companies
- A solid understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services environment
