This is what you get up for in the morning:

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing account management strategies and plans to achieve company goals, objectives and customer satisfaction.

  • You will lead and coach a team of Senior Account Managers.
    You provide your experience as a coach and mentor to the team to develop them and help them achieve their goals.

  • You identify market opportunities and trends to maximize sales opportunities.
    You will further develop the future growth strategy and execute new customer and sales plans.

  • You will develop effective sales strategies to strengthen our market presence and achieve sales targets. You implement these together with the team.

  • As an ambassador for the isolutions vision, you will inspire our customers at product presentations, customer events and other industry-specific events.

We would like you to:

  • Several years of experience in leading a key account management team in the IT services environment.

  • Proven sales success with Swiss SMEs, but ideally also Enterprise.

  • A passion for the Microsoft technology platform.
    A higher education in business administration or business informatics (HF/FH/UNI).

  • You have a high level of social and methodological competence as well as a strong presence in uncertain, unknown situations.

  • You are a «people person», make new contacts easily and have a talent for gaining the trust of others quickly and sustainably.

  • Willingness to travel in Switzerland.

  • Work location Zurich, Bern or Basel.
