This is what you get up for in the morning:
- Organizing events is your passion - from webinars to customer events and smaller trade fair appearances. You are also prepared to support HR with internal events.
- You enjoy planning, organizing and coordinating different types of events
- You are happy to take on the complete event management: write landing pages and invitations, set up an event journey and take care of the event on site from A to Z
- As a host, you are our representative on site and stand up for the values and experience of isolutions.
- You like to manage our social media channels in the context of events and make a story or an exciting post (text and picture) to match
- Feedback from participants and stakeholders motivate you to develop yourself further and constantly improve our events
- You will also be happy to help with target group oriented marketing and communication campaigns and support the marketing team with various marketing activities
We would like you to:
- Completed education in the field of events and/or marketing/communication
- Several years of professional experience as an event manager
- Experience with Photoshop would be an advantage
- Open minded personality who brings in new ideas, has an affinity for trends and develops events further
- Organizational talent: You have everything and everyone under control, keep an overview and remain calm and stay solution oriented even in hectic situations
- You are responsible, structured and have an efficient and proactive way of working
- Team player: you enjoy working with different personalities
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel between Zurich and Bern
- Place of work: Zurich or Bern
