We will kick off with an exciting keynote by Florian Follonier, Senior Cloud Solution Architect for Data & AI at Microsoft. In his session Amidst the AI Revolution: Copilot, Intelligent Agents and What's Next, he will be providing fascinating insights into the rapidly developing AI landscape. Florian will be showing how the latest updates to Copilot, as well as the revolutionary OpenAI model o1, will change companies and individuals forever. He will also be presenting practical use cases for AI that pave the way for a new era of digital transformation.
After that, V-ZUG will take us on an inspiring journey through four years of CRM transformation. Alex Skocic, Senior Business Application Manager CRM, reflects on the most important milestones and lessons learned in optimizing CRM processes at the international level. Together with Fabian Baumann, Master Key User CRM Service International, we will gain in-depth insights into the rollout of the new customer service solution. This increases efficiency in the collaboration with service partners and sustainably improves communication with end customers.
The event continues with focus sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Three sessions will highlight the topics of sales, marketing and services. Choose the two sessions that best suit your interests and deepen your knowledge of these relevant topics.
The event will conclude with the presentation of the isolutions CX/CRM Award. This recognizes an outstanding customer project based on criteria such as business impact and market relevance.
