Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Job Description

Are you an experienced support engineer with a passion for customer support?

Do you want to get involved with new Microsoft technologies (Windows 11, O365 & Azure)? Do you take responsibility for a compelling customer experience? Can you explain complex technical issues simply to customers so they understand you?

Then we are looking for you! Let yourself be infected by the isolutions experience and experience a team that openly and directly exchanges ideas, supports and challenges each other.

This is what you get up for in the morning:

  • 2nd level support of SME customers in by phone, ticket and remote maintenance.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and document user issues.
  • Create documentation, instructions and checklists and maintain knowledge base.
  • Forwarding, coordinating and monitoring incidents and problems with external partners.
  • Manage access permissions and user knowledge.
  • Collaborate with 3rd level support on complex incidents.
  • Conduct internal and external training.
  • The opportunity to develop with us as we grow and take on increasing responsibility in other areas e.g. Projects, DevOps, Architecture etc. 

We would like you to:

  • Computer science in general and customer support in particular are close to your heart. You have the urge to constantly improve things and apply the latest technologies.
  • You want to help our employees every day: you have a strong sense of service and a high willingness to help.
  • You have no fear of contact and enjoy helping out on site.
  • A high sense of responsibility.
  • Experience in the Microsoft environment, knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Intune, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Hardware, for example, is an advantage.
  • Good German and English at a professional level.
