This is what you get up for in the morning:
- You plan and organize HR events that leave a lasting impression – from employee events and recruiting initiatives to the further development of all-company gatherings. Whether on-site (primarily in our offices in Bern and Zurich) or through creative remote formats, your goal is to create positive experiences that strengthen the sense of community and bring our corporate culture to life
- You bring fresh ideas to the table, translate our values into everyday life, and foster a corporate culture that attracts talent, inspires employees, and ensures long-term engagement
- You work closely with management, the HR department, and other internal and external partners to efficiently drive projects forward and ensure their success. Close collaboration with our founders is particularly important to translate their vision into authentic events and culture projects integrated into daily work life
- As a communication talent, you make our events and culture projects – both internally and externally – visible and tangible
- You enjoy juggling multiple tasks simultaneously – whether it’s conceptualizing, planning, or executing projects. You bring your passion for topics like employee experience, diversity, and team culture into your work
- During peak times, you’re ready to give your all, even in the evenings or on busy days. In quieter phases, you take the time to develop creative ideas and plan new approaches
- You stay on top of trends, contribute creative ideas, and make our company culture a true USP
We would like you to:
- Initial experience in event management or related fields: You’ve gained practical insights into the conception, organization, and execution of events or have proven yourself in similar areas, ideally in a dynamic environment
- Education in business, communications, or equivalent qualifications (HF/FH/UNI)
- Independence and conceptual strength: You’re not only able to execute events but also take ownership of their content design and conception. You enjoy working independently, proactively develop your own ideas, and implement them successfully
- Organizational skills and resilience: You keep a cool head in hectic situations, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and find creative solutions. You work in a structured and organized manner without losing sight of the big picture
- High flexibility and willingness to be on-site in the evenings when needed to ensure the success of events and projects
- A sense for trends and innovative approaches in HR and culture
- Excellent German and English skills – along with the ability to inspire people through your words and actions
