This is what you get up for in the morning:

  • You are the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, welcoming them personally and by phone and offering them an excellent experience (e.g. preparing meeting rooms, organizing catering and gifts etc.).
  • You are there for the daily concerns of our crew, support them in organizing team and customer events as well as other administrative activities, take care of travel management, and make reservations.
  • In close cooperation with HR, you are responsible for employee gifts (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) as well as new hires.
  • If required, you will support Marketing with marketing events (organization of giveaways, check-in guests, setting up the premises).
  • As a location manager, you will take care of facility management and ensure a well-kept impression of our office.
  • You take care of ordering (office supplies, catering), expense reports, collect the mail and maintain the emails.
  • If necessary, you will support our Executive Assistant and act as a substitute during her vacations and absences.
  • You work in the IT world: everything is constantly being updated and improved. This opportunity is also yours - optimize front- and back-office processes and take over the redesign, new and further development of our range of services.
  • You can expect an enthusiastic and innovative team of IT professionals and technology cracks as well as dedicated employees in the back office.

We would like you to:

  • Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ in the services or hospitality sectors.
  • Experience in the IT industry is an advantage.
  • You bring experience in direct customer contact and have an independent, structured and efficient way of working.
  • You have an affinity for working with new technologies and excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Outlook and Teams).
  • You have a confident appearance, openness as well as a lot of pleasure in dealing with people.
  • You bring an eye for detail and a high service orientation.
  • You are used to the daily routine in a growing, dynamic and agile company, it is easy for you to maintain an overview despite high speed and you like to work interdisciplinary.
  • Excellent German as well as good English skills, organizational talent and the distinct ability to prioritize.
  • 100% workload with main work location at The Circle Zurich.
  • Option job sharing: 100% substitution during vacation absences.
  • Willingness to support marketing or customer events in the evening (max. 3-5x per year).
