Co-Lead Business Unit «Business Solutions»

Then we have found you! Would you like to join the existing Business Unit Lead Bill Staub in the co-management model and be jointly responsible for this unit's business area and its further development, thereby shaping the future of isolutions' success?

This is what you get up for in the morning:

  • As Co-Lead you are, together with the Business Unit Lead, responsible for the «Business Solutions» department, which focuses on individualized software development in areas like Low Code, Data & AI

  • You are co-responsible for the strategic direction, operational control and financial performance of the department

  • You shape the Business Unit through its further growth, including business development

  • You lead a project team of around 20 people, which includes software developers, project managers, requirements engineers and team leads. You are co-responsible for their development plans and their target achievements

  • You are responsible for the operational excellence of the Business Unit. This includes: efficient, consistent and clear project management, resource planning, reporting, etc.

  • You maintain close cooperation with our customers, partners and internal stakeholders

  • You lead strategic internal and external projects and ensure their success together with a motivated team

We would like you to have:

  • You have a university degree in computer science, business informatics or business administration
  • You bring at least five years of experience in project management and customer support for software development projects
  • You have 5 years of experience as the head of a service or organizational unit (e.g., department, business unit) that has successfully developed in the market
  • You have proven leadership experience including responsibility for achieving results
  • You are a «servant leader» and have a passion for empowering and motivating your team
  • You have strong communication, analytical and conceptual skills
  • You are fluent in German and English. French is a plus
  • You like to keep up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies and trends and contribute your knowledge to the business unit
