10 questions every executive has about modern collaboration

Being an effective leader in a digital world is a challenge. isolutions is here to support leaders in this transformation process.

During the course of last year, I spent much time coaching the top 100 management staff of one of Switzerland’s largest employers. The digitalization throws up some major challenges for this company. One of the various ways in which they tackle these challenges is an overhaul of the way collaboration and leadership happens within the organization. In a world of disruptive business models, it’s crucial to create an environment in which employees feel engaged to collaborate. On one side this requires the right tools and technologies. But even more important  are the appropriate leadership methods. In over 20 coaching sessions I’ve been involved in countless discussions about tools and methods of modern leadership and collaboration. I believe it’s of value to share what their top ten questions are. So here you go:

Some of these questions are easy to answer. Others are a little more complicated. During the course of the next couple of months I will tackle these questions and share some ideas of possible answers. Stay tuned.
